Meet the Founder. 

Rebecca Kartel leads The Kartel Solution, an Xero-only bookkeeping and advisory firm supporting Australian businesses seeking control over their finances and operations.

With more than 20 years in professional accounting services, she brings a strong management accounting background combined with hands-on business experience. A registered BAS Agent since 2014, she completed her MBA in 2019 and holds a Graduate Certificate of Public Accounting.

Her experience spans construction, medical, marketing, NDIS, hospitality, professional services, and manufacturing, helping businesses improve financial visibility, tighten systems, and understand what is driving performance.

She also co-owns a premium tequila bar, bringing firsthand insight into hospitality operations, cash flow pressure, and margin management. This perspective shapes her focus on clean financial foundations, reliable reporting, and systems that support sustainable growth.

When she is not working, Rebecca enjoys good coffee or a margarita, because balance matters.
