Rebecca began her professional journey in accounting services in 2002, steadily expanding her expertise through continued professional development. She achieved her BAS Agent Registration in 2014, followed by a Diploma in Accounting in 2018 and a Master of Business Administration in 2019. Most recently, Rebecca has completed a Graduate Certificate in Public Accounting from Deakin University (2025), further enriching her professional qualifications. She is passionate about leveraging this extensive experience and knowledge to deliver meaningful, strategic insights to her clients.
Rebecca has collaborated with diverse businesses across Australia, ranging from surgeons and actors to physiotherapists and finance brokers, builders and barbers, health and fitness professionals to lawyers, and spanning industries such as e-commerce and manufacturing, among many others.
As a mother of three (plus Moodle), Rebecca recognizes the significance of a strong support system and cultivating a harmonious work-life balance.
Additionally, as a co-owner of a vibrant restaurant in Melbourne, Jalisco (feel free to drop in if you enjoy tacos and tequila!), fueling her passion for assisting fellow Australian bars, cafes, and restaurants.
Having owned multiple businesses, Rebecca understands the value of meticulous financial management. She thrives on helping entrepreneurs save time, reduce stress, and achieve success—while enjoying her coffee and margaritas when the workday is done.
Meen
Xero-certified bookkeeper
Meet Meen, a Xero-certified bookkeeping professional who is based in Melbourne. She comes from a rich background in the retail and hospitality industry. In 2019, she pursued a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Meen has developed a real passion for the world of bookkeeping and enjoys taking on new challenges. She is always eager to learn and has a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Meen joined our team in 2021 and has proven to be a dedicated and passionate member. As a mother of two young children, Meen values quality time and work-life balance.
Outside of work, Meen has a range of hobbies, including traveling, crafts, building with Lego, and trying out new Melbourne restaurants. Her diverse interests reflect her vibrant and dynamic personality, which makes her a valuable asset both inside and outside the workplace.
Verena
Xero-certified bookkeeper
Meet Verena, an experienced and Xero-certified bookkeeper and BAS Agent based in the vibrant city of Perth, Western Australia. Verena has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the CPA. She began her accounting career in 2010 as an audit assistant and has since worked her way up to become a commercial company accountant.
As a dedicated mother of two, Verena understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which is why she is passionate about bookkeeping. Since 2023, Verena has been an enthusiastic team member, consistently pursuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Join Verena in the meticulous world of bookkeeping, where you can experience her expertise and commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Verena enjoys practicing reformer pilates and hot yoga. She is also a coffee and wine lover and likes to unwind by sipping on an oat latte or a glass of red wine while listening to jazz music.
Angeilyn
Xero bookkeeper and administration
Meet Angeilyn, a detail-oriented and highly organised accounting professional with a passion for numbers and problem-solving. Born and raised in the City of Island Adventure, Surigao, Philippines, Angeilyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
With years of experience in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, Angeilyn has developed strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail. She thrives under pressure, efficiently meeting strict deadlines while effectively communicating financial information to stakeholders. Since joining the team, she has been dedicated to precision and excellence in every aspect of her work.
Outside of work, Angeilyn enjoys cooking and preparing meals for her husband and two lovely daughters. On weekends, she enjoys tending to her backyard garden, where being surrounded by nature brings her a sense of peace and tranquility.

With a decade of experience in sales and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, she fully understands consumer behavior, brand positioning, and engagement. She leverages these insights to drive impactful marketing success in the digital space.
Adaptable, creative, and detail-oriented, Kate thrives in fast-paced environments, solving challenges with resourcefulness and efficiency. She is committed to delivering impactful results with passion and precision. Since joining the team, she has been a proactive force, continuously honing her skills and staying ahead of industry trends.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys photography, traveling, binge-watching series and movies, home design, and quality time with family—fueling her creativity both personally and professionally.
