Bookkeeping Hourly Rate
For bookkeeping clean-ups and new client engagements, our rate is $110 per hour, inclusive of GST. To begin, we require payment for a block of 5 hours in advance. We accept credit cards (excluding surcharges) and bank transfers.
For the first six (6) weeks, we typically work on an hourly basis to assess and optimise your systems and processes. After this period, we transition to a fixed-fee weekly, fortnightly or monthly retainer.

Peace of Mind + BAS Lodgement
From $220 per month incl GST
(For those who prefer to DIY their business bookkeeping)

• Monthly Xero review for up to 2 bank accounts
• Lodgement of quarterly Business Activity Statements
• Quarterly 30-minute online Zoom meeting
• Email support
Are you managing your own bookkeeping but want peace of mind knowing that your Xero file is reviewed by an experienced Xero bookkeeper and registered BAS agent each month? Let us review and support you monthly, provide feedback, and take the BAS lodgement burden off your shoulders.
Please note:
The client is to take action on any transaction changes. The file must be ready for review by the 15th of each month. A monthly subscription will be established via Stripe and debited on the 1st of each month. The pro-rata amount will be invoiced directly. This excludes businesses using online payment gateways such as Tyro, Eway, eBay, Amazon, and PayPal. Stripe is okay, proving read-only access is provided.
